• You understand that Assignees may use and share this information with other Assignees for potential financing opportunities.

• You authorize Feel Good Capital, Assignees, and all their representatives, successors, assignees, and designees (collectively, "Recipients") to request and receive any additional information deemed necessary, such as investigative reports, additional credit reports, creditor or financial institution statements, or information verification.
• You expressly consent to receiving calls, SMS messages, and emails from Feel Good Capital, our affiliates, and Assignees. 3. Non-Specific Information Sharing

• You authorize Feel Good Capital to share your non-specific information, including financing rates, terms, and other financial data (excluding personal identifiable information) for marketing campaigns and other promotional purposes on FeelGoodCapital.com or other platforms.
